If a participant wants to withdraw from the program, a Request to Withdraw Form must be submitted via your Berkeley Study Abroad portal. There is no fee to apply to the Berkeley Global Internships: London Spring Data Science Program. The following program fee penalties will be charged for withdrawal from the program:

| October 25 - December 7, 2025 | $6,000 partial program fee |
| December 8, 2025 or later | $8,459 full program fee |
No penalty is assessed if an applicant submits a Request to Withdraw form by 11:59 pm PST on October 24, 2025. If a request to withdraw is received after 11:59 pm PST on October 24, 2025, the participant will be assessed a non-refundable $6,000 fee. A participant who withdraws after December 8, 2025 will be assessed the full program fee of $8,549. If payment has not yet been made, the participant or sponsor will owe the program fee.

Berkeley Study Abroad reserves the right to cancel Berkeley Global Internships Programs for any reason. In the unlikely event that the program is canceled, participants will be notified and receive a refund of the program fee.
