To withdraw from any Summer Abroad or Global Internships program:
- Speak to your program adviser, and
- Complete and submit a Program Enrollment Change Form via your online applicant status portal.
Please note that only writing an email or talking to program staff without submitting this form is not considered an official request. Additionally, incomplete or missing confirmation forms do not qualify as an official cancellation from the Summer Abroad and Global Internships programs.
If you are enrolled in additional course(s) not required for program participation (to be eligible for financial aid, for example), it is your responsibility to drop the additional courses via CalCentral if you are completely cancelling/withdrawing from the summer term.
Program Enrollment Change Form requesting cancellation/withdrawal must be submitted no later than 11:59 pm PST March 15, 2025 for the Global Internships Program and 11:59 pm PST April 4, 2025 for the Summer Abroad program in order to receive a refund (if you made any payment towards the program-related tuition and fees) or the program-related tuition and fees removed from your bill (if no payment has been made yet).
